  ME students attended Expert lecture on ' Situational approach for Managerial effectiveness in VUCA environment ' The AICTE-Distinguished Chair Professor fellowship intends to utilize the expertise of highly qualified and experienced superannuated Professionals. In this regard, AICTE in collaboration with Hindusthan Institute of Technology, Coimbatore had organized an Expert Talk by Dr. Prem Vrat. Topic: ' Situational approach for Managerial effectiveness in VUCA environment ' on Saturday, the 5 th March 2022 at 10.00 AM - 1 PM. The lecture was attended by 3 rd semester Mechanical Engineering Students. The program was coordinated by the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering.

  “A memorandum of Understanding- signed between Department of Mechanical and Civil Engineering with Medini technologies” A memorandum of Understanding- signed between Medini Technologies, Department of Mechanical Engineering and Department of Civil Engineering on 10 Feb 2022. According to this MOU, Medini Technologies will provide the CAD/CAE software such as AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Solidworks & Creo for Mechanical Engineering department & Sketchup, Bentley for department of civil engineering. The MOU includes training on software for students who have opted for training & certifications, placement assistance, internships & self-branding of the student. 

  AICTE - Vidyanjali Higher Education Volunteer Programme  of  Ministry of Education (MOE), Govt of India. AICTE conducted an Online interaction Programme with Institutions from Aspirational Districts on Vidyanjali Higher Education Volunteer Programme of Ministry of Education (MOE), Govt of India – conducted on 3rd February 2022 from 3 PM to 5 PM through Cisco Webex platform. The resource persons were Dr. Amit Kumar Srivastava, and Mrs. Sanju Choudhary from AICTE. The Programme was attended   by Prof. Adesh Padival and Prof. K Sudheendra Nayak from the Dept. of Mechanical Engineering .
